Pocket Aces’ Dice Media, the serialised digital form video division, will be introducing its new web series called ‘Little Things’ tomorrow, October 26. It is a romantic comedy series consisting of five episodes.

Dice Media’s Facebook and YouTube pages will air each of the web series that will be released each Wednesday. Directed by Ajay Bhuyan, ‘Little things’ is written by Dhruv Sehgal with music by Neel Adhikari.

The series is about the everyday life of a couple featuring Mithila Palkar and Dhruv Sehgal. While Kavya (Palkar) is a sales representative from Nagpur, Dhruv (Sehgal) is a post-doc researcher from Mumbai. They both live together in Mumbai and do not wait for big events in their life but rather value the little things that take place.

Ashwin Suresh and Anirudh Pandita, founders of Pocket Aces, commented: “A large part of our content thesis has to do with relatability and share ability. We’ve always relied on social proof for content to spread and become viral. Our biggest marketers are our audience themselves”.

They further said that: “The first two videos we made with Dhruv and Mithila—‘Confusing Things Girlfriends Say’ and ‘Annoying Things Boyfriends Do’—have combined organic views of over 20 million on the back of over 250,000 shares! They are probably the largest organic video hits in India this year, and that is what has prompted us to create ‘Little Things’. Our first web series ‘Not Fit’ was very experimental, and so is ‘Little Things’”.
